+I found different things like "delete this" or "delete that", turn the update service off and on... Didnt help at all.. \\

+Everytime you connect a networkshare, add your logininfo and select "save the info" it will not save anything. \\

+Start -> Controlpanel -> left side "manage own logininformation" -> Add windows logininformation\\
+Add your networkshare, username and password.\\
+After a restart/relog your networkshare wont ask you for the logininformation.

+  * Explorer.exe crashes
+  * in explorer everytime you click on a directory a new explorer window appears, even if you have the right option selected
+  * Event viewer (Management Console) cannot be opened because there is not enough memory availiable
+  * VLC, Greenshot, CCleaner and other .exe files cause an error, there are .dll files missing (like "api-ms-win-downlevel-shell32-l1-1-0.dll")

+I guess I had this problem because I had no free memory left for a while because of to many tabs in Chrome.\\

+There is no real solution for this problem. My solution was to copy the missing files from another Windows 7 Prof. 64bit SP1.
+Copy the following .dlls from the functional windows "C:\Windows\winsxs\[subdir]" into the not functional windows without the subdir in "C:\Windows\System32\". (x86 stands for the subdirs):
